We all know that Singer Kelly Rowland had some serious abs pre-pregnancy. So, it should come as no surprise to any of us mommies that Rowland is keeping exercise as a central part of her pregnancy routine.
Celebrity Trainer Jeanette Jenkins, who also trains Rowland, recently told PEOPLE Magazine that the mother-to-be’s number one concern is to be healthy for her baby. Jenkins told PEOPLE that she and Rowland work out Monday through Friday, but do so at a moderate level. “We stay within her doctor’s guidelines and work out anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour so it’s not anything exorbitant.”
As a mommy who honestly was never really concerned about the gym until after giving birth, it is so motivating to hear how dedicated Kelly is to the gym while pregnant. Although I had a very smooth pregnancy, I know plenty of moms who didn’t, and the thought of hitting the gym was so far removed from their minds.
Rowland has been doing cardio, yoga, light weight training and a mix of mediation as part of her gym routine.
With a workout regimen like this at play, there is no doubt that Kelly will be back to those killer abs in no-time after delivering.
