As a mother of a busy two-year-old, I am always struggling to find the time to work out not only to tighten up, but also as a form of stress relief within my hectic life. I can be the first to admit that it is so easy to get into the rut of doing the same boring gym routine each and every week; that is when I do manage to fit the gym into my laundry list of weekly responsibilities.
However, I’ve recently made a promise to myself that I was going to get back to business when it comes to my fitness regimen and while doing so, try out some new workout routines.

So, I’ve been recently semi-stalking Singer and Actress Brandy Norwood’s Instagram page where she has been getting her fitness life! From tennis to kickboxing this glam mommy has been sharing tons of videos and images of her building her body into a powerhouse and a brick house at the same time!
After reading up a little bit about all of the benefits of kickboxing, I decided that it was a fitness routine that I too wanted to try out. I mean check out the picture of Brandy. Can you really deny the fact that she is giving serious body out here?
