Hello Glams!

Not that I have time to tack on yet another project, but I am in the process of redoing the formal living room in my home. Honestly, this has been a project that has been carried out over the past couple of years, so I am pretty excited to finally get the ball rolling.

It’s crazy because I’ve been wracking my brain, contemplating over this change, for quite some time now. I just didn’t know what look I was aiming for. Through the endless tearing of magazine pages, countless hours perusing furniture stores and a shameful number of weekend HGTV binges, I was for sure that aesthetics over function and comfort ruled.

I’ve finally landed on an ALL WHITE modern take on vintage contemporary décor. I know you all are probably thinking, ‘How is she going to pull off an all-white room with an almost two-year-old under the roof.’ Trust me, I know it sounds crazy, but I really am dead set on creating this all-white space. The end goal is to transform the formal living room into the room you weren’t allowed in as a child, although I do plan on creating a space that is very welcoming and perfect for an afternoon of wine and great conversation with the girls.

Now that I have decided on my focal colors, I’ve started shopping for the perfect sofa, which leads me to the latest BGM Crush… Fendi’s home line “Fendi Casa” is a beautiful array of timeless furniture pieces.
