Glams,
We over at BlackGlamourMom just love high-profile design collaborations (Aren’t you loving this Celine bag pictured above), which is why it should be no surprise that we were super excited about the launch of a limited-edition mommy-and-me children’s collection being sold exclusively on one of our fave fashion retailers, Shopbop.com.
The collection features styles by mommy designers Rachel Roy, Donatella Versace, Isabel Marant, Diane von Furstenberg , Prada and Céline’s Phoebe Philo among others.
The collection was created in order to support Born Free, a non-profit organization, which works to end mother-to-child HIV transmission at birth.
Born Free joined forces with Shopbop, Vogue and a slew of designers to create this limited-edition collection for a cause. All profits of the collection will go to Born Free.
The collection is based on the work of the celebrated Kenyan-born, New York-based visual artist Wangechi Mutu, and has most pieces priced under $250.
So mommies, not only are you getting the chance to shop some amazing pieces, at incredible prices, but you’re also playing a role in ending HIV transmission at birth. Now how glam is that?
Check out some of our favorite snag-worthy pieces from the collection below and be sure to visit Shopbop.com to make a purchase.
