BGM Baby Fashion News: Paddington Bear For babyGap Collection

As a mom of a toddler boy, I spend tons of time perusing the mall and online retailers for cute items to dress my little prince in. So of course, I was super excited when I found out that the babyGap, one of my go-to retailers for baby clothes shopping, announced that the Paddington Bear for babyGap Collection had arrived. This limited-edition collection is so adorable!!!
Ladies, in case you didn’t know, A Bear Called Paddington is the story of the adventurous, polite little bear that has been told to generations of kids for over 55 years. The cute little lovable bear was created into a stuffed animal that wore his signature Wellington Rain Boots.
The classic collection is for boys and girls ages newborn to 24-months-old and features such adorable items like a yellow rain jacket, yellow rain boots and a host of other super cute items.
Now as you know, I have a son, but I still can’t help going GaGa over all of the pieces for the girls. I mean, come on, a printed toggle poncho and yellow rain boots? I so need to buy these pieces for my niece!
According to Jane Pattinson, babyGAP’s head designer, the collection is meant to embody the huggable bear’s sense of adventure. The collection is all about being comfortable. The clothes are fun, but practical, Pattinson told InStyle Magazine.
The collection went on sale on Thursday and can be purchased both in-store and online at www.gap.com.
We over at BlackGlamourMom are definitely going to purchase a few pieces.
